Individual Therapy with Parental Guidance
Mother and Daughter Love

I work with children and adolescents with neurological differences, mood and/or anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, and adjustment issues. My therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based cognitive-behavior therapy, psychodynamic theory, and Developmental, Individual-differences, & Relationship-based (DIR) and play-based techniques. While my emphasis is on children to early adulthood, I also work with clients of all ages.

I offer social skills groups (typically 2 - 6 kids) that focus on teaching clients how to interact with other peers their age. Social skills groups can help kids learn conversational, friendship, and problem-solving skills, and may be useful in teaching clients to modulate their emotions and understand others' perspectives.

I conduct various psychological evaluations assessing and providing recommendations for developmental delays/disorders (e.g. Autism), mood and behavior disorders (e.g., ADHD, depression, anxiety), special education, learning disabilities, gifted/ talented, and personality assessments. I also provide private school entrance testing (e.g., WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV)
